   
Client & Family Support
The Client & Family Support program is designed lo
assist individuals and families to be contributing members of their
community. The program provides case management service, on a periodic
basis only, to assist in providing or locating needed support and services.
Services are tailored to fit the needs of the individual sewed with the
desire that the individual live as independently as possible. Supports and
services provided can include: money management, problem solving, hygiene
training, leisure skills, advocacy, transportation, counseling, and
assistance with contacting other agencies, such as Social Security for
assistance.
  
Intermittent CILA
The Intermittent CILA Program is designed for individuals that require
more assistance than the Client & Family Support program can provide, but
less that 24 hour assistance. In this program individuals live on
their own, with roommates, or with family members in the community.
The program provides case management and training to assist individuals to
become as independent as possible.
Respite Services
Respite Services are designed lo keep an individual with a
developmental disability in the family home. The program does this by
providing relief from care giving to the family. Families select and
schedule a trained worker for services, in the family home, at times and
dates convenient to the family. This enables the family to obtain
services and relief when it is needed the most.
